Job Description
3. Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to resolution.
4. Provide advice and guidance on housing disrepair matters to clients.
5. Draft and review documents, including statements of case and witness statements.
6. Conduct negotiations and settlements with landlords or their representatives.
7. Attend court hearings and represent clients when required.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
9. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
10. Stay informed on housing disrepair legislation and developments.
The Successful Applicant
