As an E1 Engineer within our End User Services and Colleague Technology change delivery team, you will work as part of the Colleague Deployment team, collaborating with engineers who maintain, develop and support over 25,000 Windows and Apple Mac devices.
In this role, you will support the team who manage the colleague endpoint deployment demand for refreshing devices or onboarding new technologies and associated applications and implement solutions for the Windows client estate. You will work extensively with Intune, Entra, and associated systems, developing processes for devices and users and liaising with different business areas to establish requirements or troubleshoot issues.

What you’ll be doing
You will be supporting the deployment objectives for device and application deployment, delivering devices and applications based on the user requirements and supporting the onboarding processes.
Additionally, you will be aiding with the design and implementation of build and deployment processes for large scale demand with the support of the provisioning team whilst collaborating with Engineers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with organisational goals and governance standards.
About you
As a minimum, you’ll have/be:
* Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, alongside core M365 services
* A background with administering and troubleshooting Windows 11 devices and ensuring client integrity, security and compliance
* Application packaging and application lifecycle management experience, including creation of MSI, MSIX, Win32, store apps and scripted deployments
* The ability to collaborate effectively with internal application owners, operational teams, vendors, and stakeholders
* Experience supporting the successful delivery of application project requirements, leveraging expertise in Application lifecycle, packaging and deployment and the relevant tooling to enable this
* Supporting deployment project delivery, with hands‑on experience in provisioning Windows 11 and Windows 365 endpoints, application assignment and onboarding support for users including triage and troubleshooting
* Able to develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency
