Receptionist, Sale Office - Maternity leave contract
Are you an experienced receptionist with a background in legal services?
We're looking for a confident and professional individual to join our team of receptionists:
️ Contract Duration: Up to 12 months
Location: Sale, South Manchester
Working Hours:
* Preferred start: 8:30am
* Finish: 5pm
Start Date: Mid-December 2025 - includes a 2-week handover/training period before the current team member begins maternity leave.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive legal environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
* General administrative tasks
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office coordination
Candidate Profile
* Previous legal sector experience is highly preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
