We are currently recruiting a skilled Electrician to join a growing team covering Newry and South Down, specialising in response maintenance, electrical testing, and inspection within public sector and social housing environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical testing and inspection (EICR) and PAT testing
* Deliver response maintenance across occupied and void properties
* Work across domestic and commercial environments
* Complete planned and cyclical maintenance
* Ensure all work is carried out to high industry and company standards
* Maintain compliance with data protection policies
* Travel across Ireland as required
Essential Criteria
* Fully qualified Electrician
* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Testing & Inspection #removed# / 2395)
* Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience
* Valid CSR Card or formal Health & Safety training
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience within construction or the Plumbing and Heating industry.
Desirable
* Sparks Safe Card
Key Attributes
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Comfortable in a hands on, reactive maintenance environment
* Flexible approach, including overtime and weekend work
Additional Information
* Work is primarily within occupied social housing and public sector properties
* A successful Access NI check is required as part of onboarding
