Our client is a well-established and growing claimant law firm to recruit a solicitor or chartered legal executive into their personal injury department working on a range of Occupiers' and Public Liability (OL/PL) claims. Your new role
This Personal Injury Lawyer role will see you:

* Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
\t
* Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
\t
* Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
\t
* Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
\t
* Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
\t
* Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise outcomes
\t
* Working within a target-driven, fast-paced environment
\t
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules
What you'll need to succeed
\t
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 1+ year PQE
\t
* Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
\t
* Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
\t
* Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
\t
* Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
\t
* Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
\t
* Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise outcomes

* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules
