Raising Aspirations and Careers Advisor
37 hours a week term time plus 2 weeks (41 weeks per year)
Grade I Points 22-25 - £29,790 - £32,144
About This Role: We are looking to appoint a Raising Aspirations & Careers Advisor who will impact student well-being through Careers Education for Years 7-13, providing partial and independent careers guidance, delivering Economic Awareness Education, and managing the school’s Work Experience programme.
About You:
* Level 6 qualified in Careers Guidance
* Minimum 3 years experience in one-to-one careers advice
* Experience in organising and planning events
* Experience developing relationships with external partners
* Good knowledge of local Post-16 and Post-18 options
