Your responsibilities will include:\n\nProperty Procurement - Securing properties within the private rented sector.\nLettings Management - Ensuring successful tenancy arrangements.\nFinancial Knowledge - Understanding Local Authority Housing Allowance & Universal Credit.\nExpectation Management - Advising clients on affordability and suitable locations.\nOffice Presence - Minimum 3 days per week required in-office.\n\nDesirable Experience\n\nExperience working with ex-offenders or vulnerable groups.\nStrong knowledge of housing support services.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference while developing your career in the housing sector.
