Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced General Labourer to join our client's team in Coleford on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established, safety-conscious environment, supporting ongoing site operations.
Key Duties
* Assist with daily site operations and support various trades as required.
* Conduct pre-work checks and ensure work areas are clean and organised.
* Handle materials and equipment safely.
* Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
* Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a general labouring or similar role.
* Good understanding of on-site health and safety practices.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
* Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Desirable
* Valid CSCS card.
* Additional site tickets (e.g. manual handling, first aid).
