Overview
Sachi Skin is a high-growth, founder-led clinical skincare brand focused on melanin-rich skin, advanced formulations, and thoughtful innovation. We are seeking a strategically and operationally sharp Head of Marketing & Operations to lead the day-to-day execution and strategic growth of the brand. This role involves managing marketing, community, influencer, PR, and CX teams, and building scalable systems for international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Own and drive marketing and operational initiatives; translate brand vision into plans across channels; manage campaigns and launches.
2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Management: Manage a distributed team; collaborate with founders and external agencies.
3. Marketing & CRM: Oversee brand plan, CRM strategies, campaign management; optimize customer journeys; implement marketing automation and track KPIs.
4. Brand Growth & Partnerships: Drive growth through campaigns, PR, influencer collaborations, and partnerships; manage marketing calendar; report to founders; identify process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. 5-7+ years in senior-level DTC marketing and/or operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or luxury lifestyle.
2. Proven success in campaign execution and revenue growth.
3. Experience managing CRM, CX, and operational tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo).
4. Knowledge of digital advertising and data-driven decision making (Meta, Google, GA4).
5. Strong leadership skills, especially in remote, fast-paced environments.
6. Bonus: familiarity with influencer marketing, beauty PR, and global scaling.
