The ideal candidate will be a driving force, well versed in successful delivery in start-up environments. You will have relevant experience, demonstrating a strong track record in project management, full life cycle expertise, and a hands-on approach to communication strategy development. This role involves managing both internal and external stakeholders, creating compelling communications, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of long-term marketing and communications plans. Able to create a substantial marketing comms strategy for an innovative start-up. Be industrially minded and commercially aware about growing in this new market, seeking evangelical consumers, and influencing the B2B market. Daily Campaign Management across all digital channels, ensuring ROI targets are achieved. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges. Lead marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organisational goals and timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and partners. Oversee the creation of impactful content, including media/press releases, articles, and social. Experience: A great attitude is key; we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of outstanding delivery in a start-up environment. Extensive experience of operating in a marketing and communications role. Proven track record of successfully managing marketing and communications projects from conception to completion. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
