This is not a call centre, you will be working alongside insurance companies, contractors and policyholders, to arrange authorised work to be carried out on the land of domestic properties.
Duties:-
* Managing claims from cradle to grave
* Following strict procedures and delivering first-class customer service
* Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Promote honest feedback and actively improve procedures
This role will require experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
