As our Senior Strategic Senior Designer you will be will be working with cross-functional teams to identify our customers' needs and opportunities and define the service roadmap and strategy. You have strong skills in structuring and visualising journey maps, service ideation, concept communication, and specification. You can show us an excellent portfolio with design solutions and strategic approaches. You are capable of facilitating workshops, set design sprints and hold seminars and training sessions. You have a solid competency in storytelling and public speaking. You are comfortable explaining your ideas to client stakeholders and ideating the best means to present your conceptual work. Empathetic. You are passionate about customers and how a product can help solve their biggest problems. Comfortable with ambiguity. You can effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and make decisions without always having the total picture. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Define the design strategy and vision for the team in cooperation with the Design Director. Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we design. Create relevant user profiles, scenarios, use cases and explore the holistic experience to create the service value propositions. Creating and facilitating design-led workshops to engage and build alignment across different partners and teams. Audit existing and blueprint new digital and in-person experiences, identifying opportunities and solutions for improvement and experimentation. Creating process and user flows, journey maps, and interaction models, resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes, artefacts, and tools. Evaluate existing customer journeys, establishing strategies, and develop a roadmap forward that will result in positive, measurable outcomes. ️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you: Minimum of 5 years of experience designing complex service design projects.2. Minimum bachelor's degree in a design related discipline. Fluent in English. Ability to think beyond current practices and drive change to support new ideas, improvements and working practices. Experience in Futures Design and Strategic Foresight. A background in visual and UX design will be considered a plus.
