Technical Recruitment Consultant – Defence & Aerospace Location: Due to continued expansion into new markets, Envisage Recruit is seeking two Technical Recruitment Consultants to specialise in the defence and aerospace sectors. This is a key hire to drive growth in these high-demand markets, focusing on new business development and technical recruitment across engineering disciplines.
Business Development: Proactively identifying, engaging, and securing new clients within defence and aerospace, including engineering firms, OEMs, and specialist contractors.
Candidate Recruitment: Sourcing and placing high-calibre engineering professionals (mechanical, systems, avionics, electrical, etc.) into permanent and contract roles.
Developing a deep understanding of the sector’s talent landscape, hiring trends, and key players.
Relationship Management: Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
Experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering, technical, or defence/aerospace markets (sector-specific experience is advantageous but not essential).
Proven business development skills – ability to generate new client opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
