Senior Transaction Execution Manager - Structured Property Finance
London Based - Hybrid Working
A well-established UK property finance lender is expanding its Structured Property Finance capability and is seeking an experienced Senior Transaction Execution Manager to support the execution of more complex lending transactions.
This role sits at the heart of deal execution, working closely with Sales, Credit and external advisers to progress transactions from credit approval through to drawdown, while also providing guidance and oversight to more junior team members.
The Role
* Support the Sales team in shaping, finalising and presenting complex credit proposals in line with credit policy and risk appetite
* Act as a key interface with Credit, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks ahead of formal submission
* Ensure offers are correctly issued, accepted and progressed to completion
* Lead engagement with valuers, solicitors and professional advisers to ensure timely and compliant delivery
* Support the Head of Deal Execution by mentoring and coaching junior team members
* Maintain high underwriting standards while balancing commercial outcomes and customer experience
About You
* Strong and demonstrable credit risk and structuring experience
* Solid understanding of commercial and residential property finance
* Proven experience working on complex lending transactions
* Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
* Collaborative style with the confidence to challenge, influence and guide
