The Role
As Paid Social Account Manager, you will take ownership of campaigns end-to-end across a range of ecommerce clients. This is a hands‑on role covering planning, setup, optimisation and performance analysis.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, helping shape campaigns that balance strong creative with data‑led decision making.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
* Plan campaign structure, targeting and budget allocation
* Work with creative teams to deliver high‑performing ad content
* Analyse performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
* Continuously test and improve campaigns to drive better ROI
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in paid social or paid media
* Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager
* Experience across TikTok, LinkedIn or similar platforms
* Confident working with data, reporting and performance analysis
* Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple campaigns
The Package
* £40,000 depending on experience.
* Hybrid working, 2 days in office.
