An established and fast-moving food manufacturing operation is looking for an experienced Production Manager (Night Shift) to take ownership of site operations during nights. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven production leader to step into a key role with real responsibility, autonomy, and influence. You'll be the senior decision-maker on shift, leading multiple departments and ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
