In this key role, you will work closely with the wider business and the parent group to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. You will play an essential part in strengthening the integrity of the reporting processes, supporting key budgeting and forecasting cycles, and delivering meaningful data-led insights that inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, develop and deliver detailed monthly reports with rigorous testing and error correction.
Manage large, complex datasets, transforming them into concise, valuable business insights.
Gain a deep understanding of data sources and flows, enabling accurate transformation and reporting.
Identify, investigate, and resolve reporting anomalies and errors proactively.
Champion automation and process improvement to increase efficiency and ensure data integrity.
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles by reviewing submissions, aggregating data, and producing high-level analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the group to understand evolving reporting requirements and implement improvements.
Support internal teams through process changes to meet wider group reporting needs.
About You:
Part-qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proven ability to handle and interpret large volumes of financial data.
Excellent Excel skills – confident with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Skilled communicator who can build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
