Over recent months we have seen a noticeable increase in market demand for Senior Associates & Legal Directors to take the step into a Salaried Partner role, with some offering a clear route to Equity – others, a highly lucrative business origination bonus scheme. This includes a recent conversation with the Managing Partner, of an multi award winning National firm, who are investing heavily into London growth. They set up this new office 12 months ago and have secured a number of Partners from West End & City firms – so they have momentum! Over the next 12 months, we are looking to bring this office to full service, and further build out priority teams to replicate the success we have had for their wider UK offices.
