Job: Transport Administrator
Salary: Competitive Salary.
Bonus: Fantastic quarterly bonus based on individual and company performance
Hours:42.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities
As a Transport Administrator, you will:
* Support the transport team in coordinating daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of transport activities, and compliance documentation.
* Liaise with buyers to facilitate communication and address any operational issues.
* Assist in monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and assist in maintaining compliance with transport regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a transport or logistics administrative role.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A current full UK driving license is desirable.
