We are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage revenue recognition for overseas divisions
* Perform debtor and deferred income reconciliations
* Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs
* Analyse financial performance, including payroll and marketing costs
* Support audits with clear reconciliations and audit trails
* Maintain data accuracy across systems (including CRM, Xero, Zoho)
* Assist with ad hoc projects and general accounting tasks
Person Specification
Education
* Part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA)
Experience
* Experience in management accounting
* Experience with Sage/Xero or international businesses (desirable)
Skills
* Strong Excel and data handling skills
* Good communicator, able to work with non-finance stakeholders
* Proactive, organised, and detail-focused
