We are a friendly, family-run transport company looking for an organised and reliable person to join our busy office team.
About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so a professional and friendly telephone manner is essential. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key.
What we're looking for
* Confident on the phone with clear communication skills
* Punctual, reliable, and well organised
* Able to work under pressure without missing the details
* Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Previous experience in the transport industry is helpful but not essential
