* Data Entry - entering postings onto various accounts software designed for solicitors
* Filing paperwork
* Maintaining Excel Workbooks
* Responding to emails from clients, handling queries and requests

Training
Apprenticeships include time away from work for specialist training. You will study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
* Use standard tools to examine data, identify transactional issues such as reconciliations and invoice discrepancies.
* Recognise and rectify routine errors, escalating as necessary.
* Plan and review accounting and finance tasks.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, using clear language and digital media, considering risks and benefits of social media and digital applications.
* Utilise finance and accounting software to manage data and contribute to routine tasks.
* Handle data securely, following cyber and data security protocols, including data backup.
* Record transactional data accurately.
Your training plan
* Northern Skills, the apprenticeship training arm of Middlesbrough College, offers classes around the northeast.
* Day release at Newcastle Site (Stamp Exchange, Westgate Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, NE1 1SA)
* You will work towards completing your Level 2 AAT Qualification during the apprenticeship.

GCSE or equivalent in:
