About Our Client
Our client is a well known law firm, you will act as a trusted adviser to a wide portfolio of clients across a wide range of specialist sectors: from transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.
Job Description
As an Employment Associate your duties will include:
3. Provide expert legal advice on a range of employment law matters to clients.
4. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and related documentation.
5. Assist with tribunal claims, including preparation of cases and representation.
6. Advise on redundancy, TUPE, and other organisational change processes.
7. Support clients with grievance and disciplinary procedures.
8. Conduct legal research to ensure advice aligns with current employment legislation.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Associate should have between 2-4 PQE in employment matters. Please note the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
