Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle inbound calls from potential new customers interested in discussing available insurance policies. You will build strong relationships through consultative conversations to understand customer needs and tailor the best insurance packages. The role involves processing new sales from start to finish, managing various queries, and ensuring the best customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous customer service experience (e.g., hospitality, retail)
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about helping and supporting customers
- Driven and dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills
