With over 40 years’ experience within Sales and Lettings our client, a leading and independent Estate Agency, are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as Property Manager on a part time permanent basis from their newly decorated offices based in Churchdown, Gloucester.
Our client pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service to all of their customers and are therefore looking for someone with experience working in a customer focused environment.
Our client is open to considering someone from retail / hospitality looking to get into the property industry however, to be considered you must have exceptional customer service skills and a keen desire to learn. Full training and support will be provided.
You must also have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with the day to day running of a portfolio of properties
-Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently
-Communicating with clients and tenants and contractors
-Chasing overdue rents
-Booking and completing property visits
-Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy
-Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant’s deposit
-Negotiating deposit disputes

Hours: Monday – Friday, 20 – 25 hours per week, specific hours can be discussed upon application
Salary: £12.71 per hour + salary reviews depending on performance, free parking and annual summer & Christmas parties
