What the Job Involves As a Senior Social Worker in Adult Services, you will deliver high-quality social work services to adults and their families, ensuring their needs and desired outcomes are central to decision-making processes. Your role includes working in partnership with various sectors to deliver integrated responses, conducting safeguarding investigations, carrying out assessments, and preparing detailed reports. You will also maintain a specific caseload, work within statutory timescales, and contribute to the development of the service. Additionally, you will chair meetings, provide mentorship, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
