As a Senior Enablement Support Worker with us, you won't just be providing care; you'll be a beacon of support and guidance, helping our care staff shine their brightest.
Your role will involve:
* Leading and mentoring our fantastic enablement support workers.
* Promoting best practices.
* Delivering high-quality care and support to clients with diverse needs.
