Job Title: Senior IT Engineer

Location: Oxfordshire with travel to client sites and training venues
Work Model: Hybrid Working with 1-2 days in the office
Salary: Up to £45,000 Depending on experience

The Technical team handle a wide range of support requests, project commissioning and presales technical enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd Line support to customers via telephone, email and remote control for the range of products and services that our client provide
* Monitor and troubleshoot customer environments using our support and monitoring systems
* Research, recommend, plan and implement infrastructure system projects
* Administer and maintain key client infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra, LAN, WAN, Internet access, security and hosted Exchange.
