Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is pivotal to a high-impact digital transformation initiative aimed at migrating multiple existing microsites into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while delivering scalable, cloud-native digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and migration of microsites into AEM, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows using best practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate Figma mockups into fully responsive AEM components and pages.
Work across the full stack – from backend development using Java, Sling, and OSGi to front-end implementation using modern frameworks like React and Angular.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of AEM applications.
Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes using tools like Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including AEM as a Cloud Service.
Strong expertise in Java, Sling, and OSGi frameworks.
Solid front-end development skills with JavaScript, React, Angular, and HTML5/CSS3.
Proven experience working with CI/CD tools, particularly Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Ability to convert Figma or similar design tools into clean, responsive AEM components.
Previous experience in cloud-native architecture is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a hybrid Agile environment.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months (potential extension)
Day Rate: £ per day (Outside IR35)
Location: London – Hybrid working (3 days onsite per week)
