Residential Conveyancer – Leading UK Conveyancing Firm – Capped CaseloadLocation: Leeds, offering hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's leading conveyancing law firms, following sustained growth within the highly successful Residential Conveyancing department. A brand-new position has been created for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join this expanding team.
This is a fantastic chance to manage a manageable, capped caseload of 60 residential conveyancing files, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
You will handle a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters
* Carry out leasehold title checks, respond to enquiries and prepare property reports on purchases
* Respond to enquiries on sales transactions
* Provide limited support on shared ownership and new-build transactions
* Liaise with clients to arrange exchange and completion dates
* Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Source of Funds (SOF) checks

Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload is essential
* Proven experience handling leasehold transactions is required
* Strong communication and outstanding client care skills
