Customer Service Coordinator – Reefer
Part time, permanent (3 full days – ideally a Friday but flexible on the other 2 days)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reefer Customer Service Coordinator to join a brand-new Reefer Customer Service Team. This team will handle every aspect of the customer’s journey, imports and exports. The role will not only focus on providing the very best experience for our internal and external customers but on ensuring we help maximise revenue. The successful applicant of this role will be part of the team liaising with all relevant internal departments to ensure that our product is the very best in the industry through a tailored training plan of a bespoke product.
How you will help us and what you can expect
1. Ensure excellent Customer service is always delivered
2. Monitor performance and ensure KPI's are met as agreed
3. Accurate and timely processing of bookings and Releases in line with agreed KPI’s
4. Receive, process, and manage all aspects of Reefer bookings
5. Be aware of both client and MSC UK priorities and requirements
6. Be part an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
7. Maximise operational efficiency and the elimination of avoidable cost/waste/loss
8. Improve the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of internal operating processes
9. Administer clerical tasks and procedures accurately and efficiently

Skills and experience you’ll bring to us

14. Good numeracy, literacy, and IT skills. Knowledge of Excel & Word
