Be the first point of contact on campus for all face-to-face enquiries from students, staff, and public
Respond to queries through online channels including, phone, email, live chat, and social media
Respond to queries within the agreed service level agreement and adhere to KPIs
Provide information to students regarding courses, assessments, timetables, facilities, and university offerings
Contribute to the planning and delivery of induction and enrolment activities, and campus events Profile
Student Information Officer:
Previously worked in a role handling customer or student enquiries
Excellent customer service skills, providing a first class service to students, staff, and public
Able to work in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks
Ideally worked in the Higher Education sector, supporting student queries
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and multitasking
Familiarity with database management systems is advantageousJob Offer
