The Role
We are seeking a visionary Non-Executive Director to help shape the next chapter of Hamilton Bradshaw’s growth and diversification strategy.
As a NED, you will:
* Guide the firm’s diversification and governance framework.
* Provide strategic insight in selecting and evaluating investment managers and funds.
* Leverage your network to enhance deal flow and fund relationships.
* Contribute to due diligence and risk-management processes.
* Collaborate with a high-calibre team to drive sustainable value creation for investors and founders.
About You
We are looking for a senior, well-connected professional who demonstrates:
* Executive presence and outstanding communication skills.
* Deep financial literacy, with strong knowledge of investment structures and fund strategies.
* A proven network of advisers, allocators, and introducers generating high-quality opportunities.
* A track record of rigorous due diligence and prudent risk assessment.
