Property Lettings Administrator Apprentice
A remarkable opportunity for someone that wants to work within the property industry and join a thriving and expanding highly regarded letting agent. Duties will include all aspects of property lettings to include booking property viewings, co-ordinating property move ins, dealing with enquires and dealing with clients face to face and on the telephone.
Wage:
£17,500 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age.
Training course:
Property Management (level 3)
Hours:
Monday - Saturday (shifts to be confirmed), 37.5 hours a week.
Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working within the office in Faversham town centre. You will learn on the job by getting hands on-experience with experienced staff members.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Lettings marketing
Registering applicants and booking appointments for viewings
Liaising and dealing with clients / queries
Sending and responding to emails
Managing files
Answering phones
Tenant referencing
Filing
Managing inbox
Ensuring all properties are marketed consistently
Preparing tenancy agreements and other paperwork
Leafleting
Data and software entries
Carrying out basic property research
Assisting team members as required
Diary management
General administrative duties
Provide excellent customer service
Desirable Qualifications
GCSE's in:
English (Grade 4-9 or A*-C)
Mathematics (Grade 4-9 (A*- C)
Please share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
