You will be based at our client's garden centre in Warwickshire, working closely with experienced directors who value your ideas. You will have autonomy to make an impact while maintaining the centre's high standards.
Responsibilities
1. Coaching your team and planning for peak trading periods.
2. On the shop floor, ensuring customers have an excellent experience.
3. Managing daily operations to keep the centre running smoothly.
