The Business
An award-winning business in Rossendale is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis due to growth. This is a great opportunity with potential progression opportunities for someone analytical with experience in Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A.
The Role
They are seeking someone commercially minded to play a key role in supporting financial performance across the business. This position sits at the heart of the finance function, providing high-quality financial insight, analysis, and decision support to senior leaders and operational teams across multiple entities.
The role combines management accounting, FP&A, and commercial finance. You will help drive profitability, support strategic planning, and ensure robust financial control while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international organisation and is looking to broaden their commercial exposure within a high-quality business. You will be a minimum part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA and have advanced Excel/financial modelling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for multiple subsidiaries, including variance analysis, commentary, and performance reporting.
Maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring financial integrity across all entities.
Provide clear, actionable financial insights to operational and commercial stakeholders.
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in close collaboration with operational managers.
Deliver financial modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Analyse revenue, margins, costs, and profitability by product, customer, and subsidiary.
Develop and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and management reports aligned to business strategy.
Own and maintain BOMs and routings to ensure accurate product costing and margin reporting.
Monitor and report on NPD projects, tracking costs against budgets and highlighting risks and opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement through process efficiencies, automation, and finance business partnering across non-finance teams.

£50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
