Step Into Teaching are looking for graduate teaching assistants for a primary school in Bedworth offering a full-time role starting in September.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic teaching team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable experience in education and contribute to the development of young learners.

The opportunity:
* Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Graduates with SEN Experience encouraged to apply
* Aspiring primary teachers
* 1:1 & Small Group work
* Mainstream Primary school – rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted
* Bedworth, Warwickshire
* Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
* September 2025 start
* £480 - £530 per week
Key Responsibilities
* Working alongside the class teacher to support children who need support in the classroom.
* Supporting children with an EHCP alongside the SEN team
* Leading sessions outside of the classroom with children both 1-1 and small groups
* Planning and resourcing intervention sessions
* Working alongside other professionals to assess children
* Supporting children pastorally to enable them to feel safe and secure both at school and at home.
