What You’ll Be Doing Lead the full Sales & Marketing function across multiple developments. Oversee land appraisal, market research, pricing strategies and site launches. Drive strong sales performance while maximising revenue and minimising incentives. Own and protect the company brand, ensuring all marketing activity is high quality and effective. Shape long-term business strategy as part of the leadership team. Guide your team to deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience at every stage. Analyse customer satisfaction data and implement improvements across the function. Core Responsibilities Land & Market Insight Lead market research for new land opportunities. Recommend product mix, house types and specifications based on local demand. Produce competitor analysis and market summaries for land decisions. Sales & Marketing Delivery Plan and deliver successful new site launches. Oversee marketing materials, branding, advertising and digital content. Define target customer profiles and influence show home design. Implement marketing strategies that convert enquiries into reservations. Focus on revenue growth with smart pricing strategies. Customer Experience Ensure a consistently high level of customer service across the sales function. Review satisfaction data and drive improvements. Build a culture that puts customers at the heart of every decision. What We’re Looking For Strong Sales & Marketing leadership experience in the housebuilding sector. Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop sales teams. Skilled in strategic planning and budget management. Commercially focused with a track record of driving revenue.
