In this fast‑paced IT technical environment, no two days are ever the same. In this responsible and demanding role, you’ll work alongside a team of IT specialists on one of our rotating 24‑hour shifts, using technical tooling to help identify and resolve technical incidents and support the resolution of major IT system incidents.
This role operates on a 24/7 shift pattern of 3 days on and 3 days off (7:00 am–7:00 pm), followed by 3 nights on and 3 nights off (7:00 pm–7:00 am).
This is a critical, hands‑on technical position at the heart of our operations and includes an additional shift allowance of £9,200 per annum.
This is a 6‑month secondment opportunity.
