The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll play an integral part in supporting the advisers and paraplanners to deliver an exceptional service to clients. You’ll be responsible for managing key administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners.
* Preparing and processing client documentation, applications, and compliance paperwork.
* Liaising with product providers and investment platforms to obtain valuations and policy information.
* Maintaining accurate client records using internal systems.
* Assisting with client reviews and producing reports and illustrations.
* Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
About You
* Previous experience within financial services administration (wealth management, financial planning, or IFA practice).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client and product information.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident working with Microsoft Office and financial CRM systems.
* A proactive, positive team player who takes pride in delivering outstanding client service.
