Trainee specialist case handler

Taylor Rose have an opening for a Trainee Specialist Case Handler for our Remortgage team in Bishops Stortfird. The position would suit a Law Graduate looking to boost their career in a large and ambitious Law Firm. You will conduct legal matters on behalf of clients and to support the Re-mortgage team manager as and when required by carrying out tasks that are delegated. To develop skills and abilities to progress and to develop into the full requirements of a Case Handler role.

This role involves but is not limited to:

1. To work with team members to ensure the highest level of Customer Service is maintained at all times
2. To organise and prioritise individual caseloads in order to meet the firms and industry targets
3. To respond to client enquiries in a manner conducive to the promotion of business and personal relationships and to ensure that client expectations are met
4. To deal promptly and effectively with all correspondence relating to the matters with which you have conduct. To ensure that any matter that requires the attention of a Manager is brought to their attention promptly.
5. To be flexible in terms of working hours and be in attendance as required, catering for the needs of clients and the practice as a whole
6. To process all data and information in accordance with the firm’s confidentiality procedures and data protection requirements
7. Following file opening procedures
