We’re looking for a Senior Creative ready to take the next step into an Associate Creative Director role at an independent, fast-growing agency. This role requires a rare mix of conceptual copywriting and art direction—someone who can lead big ideas and guide a team through execution.
You’ll work on integrated campaigns for premium, often complex brands, especially in the financial services space. You’ll also manage a small in-house studio and help shape the agency’s creative output and direction.
What we’re looking for:
- Conceptual thinker with both copy and art direction experience
- Proven background in developing and delivering campaign ideas
- B2B and B2C experience, ideally in premium sectors
- Strong team leadership and client communication skills
- Not a designer, but a true creative lead
