This 23 month Junior Case Manager (JCM) (AfC Band 5) traineeship provides structured on the job training and mechanisms for confirming competency. Successful completion of the programme will enable progression to interview for a Case Manager role (AfC Band 7).

Qualifications
* English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
Experience
* Experience of working in a regulated or governance-driven environment (e.g., NHS, legal, insurance, public sector, complaints, investigations, financial services) and understanding the importance of compliance and process.
