The Role: As an Inclusion Support Practitioner, you will: Work closely with pupils with SEN, SEMH, and EAL needs Deliver targeted interventions in and out of the classroom Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies Promote emotional wellbeing, confidence, and resilience Help students overcome barriers to learning and participationThis is a vital role in ensuring that inclusion is not just a policy but a lived experience for every learner in the school.
