Overview
We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on our IT System and our clients IT system to update all jobs full daily live.
Duties
* Log new jobs using our system (Big Change)
* Update Clients system (Plentific/Total Mobile)
* Scheduling in new works with residents
* Scheduling jobs on to our system and allocating works to operatives
* Dealing with chase ups and phone calls from Clients.
* Uploading job cards reports to the Clients system
Experience
* Proven experience working in Housing Maintenance
* knowledge of IT Client IT platforms
* Strong Scheduling and updating of systems experience
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to analyse problems effectively and provide practical solutions.
