Our clients:
We supply specialist tooling in the Oil, Gas, Construction, Mining, offshore and military spaces and big brand names like VOLVO
We are on the lookout for a business development executive to target these areas as part of our hypergrowth due to new market demands.
Your role:
You will be responsible for new business development within our markets at home and abroad
speaking to new and existing clients, make awareness of our brand and existing product range, generating new leads and sales for the business through multi-channel communications (linked-in, email, cold calling/warm calling)
You'll get to work in a fast-paced and positive environment where you will be apart of our hyper growth and structured progression within the business.
The successful candidate would ideally look like this:
* Experience with multi-channel lead Generation
* A background within a similar market or global sales experience.
* Functional skills for pitching, objection handling and closing
* Experience in B2B sales
* Competitive spirit
* Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills and excellent attention to details
* Ability to find innovative approaches to challenges
* Experience in a busy, diverse and demanding role, demonstrating strong organisational skills, ability to plan and prioritise a complex workload, and meet deadlines
* A positive attitude to working hard and achieving results
* Availability to Start Immediately
* Ability to manage through 3+ Month sales cycle.
What you will be doing:
* Prospecting / cold calling
* Generating new leads
* Closing sales
* Working to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised.
* Working with data and CRM system
* Reporting and Liaising with the global sales manager and UK MD
