We are seeking an experienced Management Capability Coach to support leaders and managers within RGL Group and RFLPS in effectively managing employee absence and performance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The postholder will support RFLPS and RFL Group to build the capability of its management team in leading and managing their teams, with a specific focus on attendance and performance management.
The postholder will:
* provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to equip managers with skills required to manage teams effectively while promoting a culture of accountability.
* work directly with team leaders, supervisors, and managers from different services within RFLPS and RFL Group to build their confidence and capability in people management.
* lead on formal and informal meetings, undertake investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances as required to enable team leaders, supervisors, and managers to shadow, learn, and improve their skills and competence.
* focus on coaching, training, and real-time support in conducting absence and performance management conversations, both informally and formally, in line with RFLPS and RFL Group policies, procedures, and values.
