Responsibilities
* Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing operational and leadership skills.
* Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service to ensure they keep coming back.
* Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
* Lead and build your manager's knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring hours are worked where they benefit customers, identify and resolve root cause issues with sustainable solutions and continual reviews.
* Ensure the safety of colleagues, coaching the team to use all security tools and maintain a safe working environment.

* Great communicator sharing knowledge, experience and best practices; collaborative to deliver results.
* Natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart, listening and understanding others, building strong relationships.
* Use energy and resilience to keep momentum in challenging environments; own decision making for the store, acting quickly based on what is right.
* Energy and drive to deliver beyond expectation, consistently performing at best and inspiring confidence.
* Aware of competitors, always looking for ways to build and deliver new initiatives to improve the store for customers.
