Overview
Customer Account Administrator — Clacton-on-Sea. Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (37.5 hrs, 1 hr unpaid lunchbreak). Temporary, Full Time – 12 weeks. £12.21 per hour + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email correspondence.
* Handle customer refunds in accordance with company policies.
* Engage with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance.
* Collaborate with chat bots to streamline customer support processes.
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications / Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
* Familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work one Saturday shift per month.
