Marketing Executive - 6 Month Contract

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role focused on creating and delivering engaging marketing content and campaigns with a focus on lead generation. You’ll work across digital channels, support event promotion, and help tell the story of the brand through effective communication and analytics. This is a 6 month contract which may develop into something long term or permanent for the right person. If you love creating content, optimising digital performance, and collaborating with different teams, this role offers a lot of variety and autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
* Writing and producing engaging content across digital and print platforms.
* Managing the company website and optimising content for SEO and user experience.
* Running email and social media campaigns, analysing engagement and improving performance.
* Creating visual content including graphics and videos to support brand messaging.
* Using CRM and marketing tools to support targeted campaigns and maintain customer databases.
* Assisting with marketing for internal and external events, including trade shows and exhibitions.
* Working with other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
* Experience working in a marketing role within a Saas business.
* Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
* Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms.
* Experience with Salesforce and WordPress.
* Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
* A genuine interest in innovation, AI, and automation, with a willingness to experiment and adapt to new tools and platforms.
Desirable Skills
* Experience using WordPress for website content management.
* An interest or background in the Arts & Culture sector.
* Ability to use design software such as InDesign would be a bonus
